Our Team

I’m a high energy achiever with over 25 years experience in the finance industry and child care niche. For the last five years I’ve managed a child care center that grew from one 12,500 sq. ft. campus to two. As Executive Director, I managed the entire business including marketing, recruiting, coaching, budgeting, payables, expansion project, capital improvements, Youngstar, State Licensing. I’m very proud of the success we obtained during those five years including:

  • Developed and maintained several lead generating websites
  • Implemented successful and engaging social media strategies
  • Reduced turnover from 45% to <15%
  • Created a sales culture including lead generation tracking and follow-up
  • Radio and billboard advertising
  • Development and implementation of a peer mentor program and training program
  • Continuously full 4K program and summer camp program

I love working with child care centers because I understand the pains of keeping steady enrollment, staffing obstacles and the low margin associated with running a profitable center.

I’m a motivated self-starter with many crime-fighting abilities, but that’s my night job (insert laugh track). On top of my sense of humor, I have over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the manufacturing, construction and ministry niche. Over the last 6 years, I have consulted with many businesses about improving their online presence, process improvement (lean manufacturing) and sales development.
As a former Sergeant, I proudly served my country in the US Army for four years as an artilleryman and as a communications specialist. I also performed for soldiers stateside and overseas, playing guitar and singing.
In 2008, after returning from Iraq, I auditioned for the NBC show “America’s Got Talent”, and ended up placing 11th. That opportunity allowed me to eventually get signed by Sony music and perform professionally for a year after discharging. The media training was intense and the exposure on national TV and radio was a very valuable experience to be blessed with.
 Since working for Sony, I’ve worked with several manufacturers, making process improvements and increasing revenue. Today, my passion is helping businesses identify problems, eliminate waste and find creative solutions that help them increase revenue.
